Hereva worked closely with iRobot on a multi-phased fit-up of 280,000 sq. ft. for their new headquarters in Bedford, MA. From site master planning, branding, team procurement, furniture and workspace guidelines and lobby and museum redesign, the Hereva team ensured the master schedule and budget was kept in check, in collaboration with the project team, who worked seamlessly towards project completion.
Project completed in 2020.

About the project
iRobot embarked on a multi-phased design and fit-up project of the approximately 200,000 sq. ft. headquarters building in Bedford, MA. Hereva was retained to provide a full range of project management services for the renovation of existing and additional leased space at the Crosby Drive campus. The project followed agile project management methodologies, where a stream of contiguous workflows were carried out simultaneously, including exterior facade replacement by the landlord.
Hereva provided site master planning, brand identity and visioning, procurement of A/E/C teams, furniture and workspace guidelines, lobby and museum redesign, and master schedule and budget compilation. The project commenced in 2018 and Hereva’s involvement in project management for design and construction extended through execution which took place in early 2020.
