Hereva provided ongoing project management services to Alnylam Pharmaceuticals on more than 30 projects, from helping choose locations and executing their capital project plans through completion and operational startup. The projects, both in the USA and the UK, helped Alnylam achieve their goals for R&D labs, cGMP manufacturing and office spaces. We also helped them develop consistent project delivery and standardized solutions for furniture, AV and branding throughout their diverse facilities.
