About the Project
Concert Pharmaceuticals’ new location in the Hayden Research Campus, provided the opportunity for upgrades to research areas and a new inspired work environment, with optimal adjacencies, allowing them to consolidate departments into a more cohesive whole.
Hereva Consultants was hired as Owner’s Representatives for this turnkey project consisting of offices, collaborative and conference areas, and labs including Kilo, Chemistry, BioAnalytical, Formulation, Tissue Culture and Pharmacology.
We provided cost models, review of lease terms and risk management on the Client’s behalf. Our team oversaw planning, design and delivery of tenant improvements, relocation strategy and operational readiness. Additionally, Hereva oversaw vendor selection for furniture, equipment relocation, furniture and equipment disposition, move-in and supplementary client needs.
The project team really pulled together to overcome technical, permitting and space allocation issues and to meet critical deadlines. In the end the project was delivered, as promised: on time and on budget.
