An exceptional leader with command of the nuances of project execution and team engagement, he has in-depth technical knowledge of research and development facilities and building operations. He has a proven track record for leading teams on complex, high profile projects to successful completion. He has brought his expertise to projects throughout the U.S. and in China. An effective communicator with all project stakeholders, he ensures strategic alignment and builds relationships based on trust, respect and dignity.

Brian’s well-rounded education includes a masters’ degree in Business Administration as well as two bachelors’ degrees – one in Fine Arts and one in Mechanical Engineering. His early background in project management provided a solid platform on which to propel his career quickly to the role of Executive Director and Global Head of Campus Planning and Construction at Novartis, where he spent the bulk of his career. Throughout his career he has won awards for his leadership and been engaged as a speaker at industry conferences.
